Born in Bagno a Ripoli, near Florence, he discovered athletics thanks to his parents, transforming childhood shyness and struggle into strength and self-awareness. Silver medalist at the 2019 European U23 Championships, World silver medalist in 2023, and European champion in Rome 2024 and Birmingham 2026, he has faced Olympic disappointments with courage, drawing new energy from every obstacle.
