INFORMATION
Born in Rome on May 25, 2006, a promising young star from the Circolo Canottieri Aniene club, winner of three gold medals at the 2022 European Youth Championships in Otopeni in the 400-, 800-, and 4x200-meter freestyle. Lorenzo swam at the European Championships in Rome last summer, winning the bronze medal in the 800-meter freestyle and the silver in the 4x200 freestyle relay with Marco De Tullio, Gabriele Detti, and Stefano Di Cola.
Paris 2024 is not a dream, it's a goal. In sport, I think we need concrete goals, and that's what the Olympics are for me: A huge goal that I want to achieve.
